The American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Oklahoma (AICCO) recognized Bank2 as the “State Business of the Year” recently at its 2005 Annual Awards Banquet & Gala held at Tulsa’s Marriott Southern Hills Hotel.
Bank2 has taken an active role working directly for and with Native Americans individually and with Tribal Housing Authorities to provide funding for homes in Indian Country. The staff makes weekly contact with Housing Authorities to make sure the needs of their citizens are met. Bank2’s mortgage department has trained staff to provide answers, homebuyer education, counseling, and application assistance to everyone who seeks help.
“We are truly honored to be the recipient of the AICCO State Business of the Year Award. We believe strongly in the goals and missions of the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Oklahoma,” said Ross A. Hill, President and CEO of Bank2. “Like AICCO, one of our primary purposes is to meet the needs of Native Americans. Doing so is one of our greatest privileges.”
Bank2 currently receives over 15 calls each day requesting more information on how they can make dreams – like the real American Dream of owning a home - come true
