The mission of the Minority Capital Fund of Mississippi, Inc., is to provide non-traditional financing and technical assistance to minrity and women-owned businesses located in Mississippi. The purpose of this program is to help bridge the gap between majority-owned businesses and minority-owned businesses. MinCap works to eliminate the current disparity that exist and thereby help minority and women-owned businesses grow, create jobs and improve the overall economic condition of the community. Since inception in 1994, MinCap has provided over $8.4MM in cumulative financing.
