Sentinel Investment acquires Citizens’ SRI Funds Sentinel Investment, headquartered in Montpelier, VT, has come to an agreement with Citizens Advisers, located Portsmouth, NH, to acquire Citizens’ socially responsible mutual funds advisory business. Citizen’s eight funds will be folded into either new and existing Sentinel Funds including two new Funds launched by Sentinel: Sentinel Responsible Investing Core Opportunities Fund and Sentinel Responsible Investing Emerging Companies Fund. The acquisition is still pending Citizens Funds shareholder approval.
