Foursome seeks investment opportunities that provide both financial and non-financial returns. Our mission is prove that it is possible to make money and do 'good' at the same time. We aim to do this by investing in businesses that strike a positive correlation between financial performance and societal/environmental performance.

Background
Foursome was founded out of the wealth created by previous generations of its family shareholder and on the belief that there is an inherent economic and social dimension to all businesses. Foursome aims to exploit both dimensions, through equity investments into early stage companies in the environmental technology, organic and fair trade sectors.

Investment Information
Foursome has invested in 14 companies headquartered across the UK, Europe and North America. Some of these companies have a footprint that stretches around the globe. Its investments range is from $200,000 to $500,000 per round, with the possibility of follow-on funding. Foursome seeks opportunities the provide the chance of earning a multiple financial return as well as clearly definable non-financial returns.
