Background
The Fund is an outgrowth of The Reinvestment Fund (TRF), a leading development finance organization headquartered in Philadelphia, with over $120 million under management. TRF Urban Growth Partners (The Fund) is a socially responsible fund striving to serve as a catalyst for regional economic development by targeting high-growth companies located in the city or surrounding communities.

Social Mission
